Miami Valley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join the Advanced Care team in Dayton, OH. The role supports nurses and doctors in direct patient care, including vitals, mobility assistance, and basic daily tasks.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and obtain a BLS CPR certificate. Prior hospital experience is a plus, and the position operates 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS CPR certificate required; orientation may include CPR training.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report patient vitals (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assist patients with movement, dressing, eating, and personal care.
• Collect samples such as urine as assigned.
• Report changes in patient condition to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and weighing as part of routine care.
