Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must meet one of the following: nurse aide/residential aide/patient care aide with experience in ADLs and vital signs.
• Completion of a nurse aide, multi-skilled tech or patient care tech course(s).
• Completion of one clinical semester in an LPN/RN program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS required.
• Welle Training (computer and classroom) within six months of hire.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide license or PCT certification preferred.
