Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform routine nursing tasks and document in patient records.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Support unit operations and flow of care on the unit.
• Take and document vitals and report changes to RN promptly.
• Assist with treatments, specimens, and basic procedures as assigned.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards on the unit.
• Respond to patient call bells and communicate with patients and families.
