Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vital signs, mobility and personal care under RN supervision.
• Maintain safe patient environment and use PPE as required.
• Communicate patient status to RN with hand-off notes.
• Help with admission data collection and discharge prep.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hourly rounds.
