Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA/CMA coursework or nursing fundamentals required.
• One year hospital clerical experience preferred.
• Current CPR Heartsaver and BLS certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene activities.
• Assist with feeding and meal tray setup.
• Assist with ambulation and fall prevention under RN guidance.
• Assist with toilet needs and monitor inputs/outputs.
• Document vital signs and report abnormal values to RN.
