Job summary

Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our Colorado team. You will assist clinicians, room patients, and perform vitals and basic tests in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role requires a Medical Assistant certificate or higher, CPR/AED, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. On-site clinic duties include charting, specimen collection, and patient flow management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate/License or higher.
• CPR & AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients; take vitals (height, weight, temp, pulse, resp, SpO2).
• Complete patient intake; review medical and social history and chief complaint.
• Support practitioners with tests (Hgb Mc, Quick Strep, Rapid Flu, Urine Dip, pregnancy tests).
• Perform injections, phlebotomy, and assist with procedures and EKGs.
• Open/close rooms, stock supplies, and handle calls and referrals as needed.
