HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support registered nurses in delivering hands-on patient care and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care while helping monitor conditions and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities, mobility and comfort.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers and comfort to support smooth care.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keep patient areas clean, organized and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment and logs to support infection control and readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families and the care team.
