Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; PCT Certification or one nursing semester.
• Graduate of PCT, Nursing Assistant, EMT, CMA, MOA, or U.S. Military Medic program or enrolled in nursing school with clinical rotations.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic age-appropriate patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Document vital signs and intake/output as required by unit policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and respiratory to support appropriate respiratory care.
• Ensure patient safety, turn patients every 2 hours, and communicate fall risks.
• Assist with meals, discharge readiness, and room/environment prep.
