Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English required – verbal and written.

• Must complete mandatory HSL/HRC educational requirements and programs.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and respond to the needs of the patients and families.
• Communicate changes in the patient’s condition to the nursing team.
• Adhere to no manual lift environment and safe patient handling practices.
• Assist patients with personal care as per care plans.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Report accidents, incidents and suspected abuse.
• Observe skin integrity and participate in daily care planning meetings.
• Obtain vital signs and basic procedures as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPPA regulations.
• Prepare, serve and clean up meals and snacks.
