Temple Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will help implement the care plan, observe the patient’s condition, and support daily living activities while ensuring safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

You will be involved in measuring vital signs, performing ECGs, and glucose monitoring as part of routine patient care, reporting changes promptly to the RN and care team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
• Implement components of the plan of care based on physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
• Measure vital signs, perform ECGs, and capillary blood glucose monitoring when required.
• Observe equipment and report changes in patient condition and treatment responses.
