Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Patient Care Attendant to support RN-directed patient care in a Des Peres, MO clinic. You will assist with exams, prepare rooms, restock supplies, and help ensure a safe, clean environment for patients.

Responsibilities include basic charting, patient education, and assisting with pre/post-operative activities as needed, while maintaining adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in delivery of patient care under RN supervision.
• Stocking and maintenance of supplies and rooms.
• Maintain clean and safe exam and procedure rooms.
• Prepare for sterilization and transport of instruments.
• Document test results and patient information in medical records.
• Educate patients and families as directed by care plan.
• Assist in Pre-op and Post-op with vital signs and transfers.
• Adhere to safety policies and HIPAA guidelines.
