Qualifications

• Basic Life Support - CPR is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as delegated by RN staff.
• Monitors and records vital signs.
• Assists with personal hygiene and physical care needs.
• Measures, records, and reports intake and output.
• Obtains and records daily weight.
• Performs blood glucose testing using a glucose meter.
