This role emphasizes attentiveness, teamwork, and willingness to be coached. Responsibilities include recording intake/output, daily weights, glucose tests, and helping maintain safe, clean patient environments.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate General Studies required at hire
• High School GED General Studies required at hire
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing or 1 year direct patient care experience required at hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days of hire

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care as delegated by RN staff
• Monitors and records vital signs
• Assists in providing personal hygiene and physical care needs
• Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output
• Obtains and records daily weight
• Performs blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter
