Qualifications

• Trained and maintains proficiency in AHA CPR and patient care skills.
• State Tested Nursing Aide Training; Acute Medical Surgical Training or Hospital Specific Training.
• Minimum: 0–6 months of experience; Preferred: 1–2 years.

Responsabilités

• Provides basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical staff.
• Maintains clean, safe patient environment and assists with ADLs.
• Communicates observations to the RN timely and accurately.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Ensures call lights, identification bands, and safety measures are observed.
