Job summary

Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS to be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision (vital signs, toileting, feeding, bathing).
• Document patient care activities accurately to support clinical decisions.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the care team to improve outcomes.
