Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct patient care experience or current enrollment in a health program.
• Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care including hygiene, comfort and safety under RN supervision.
• Take vital signs, monitor nutrition and elimination needs, assist with mobility.
• Document tasks per unit policy and report to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with patient admission orientation and respond to call lights.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, orderly unit and equipment.
• Handle routine transport and courier duties as needed.
