Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Maintain CPR certification (HCP).

• LMH S is accredited by DNV and TJC; may require annual education for specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Able to recognize an arrest and respond in a critical situation.
• Accurately obtain and record patient specific data.
• Maintain patient safety; identify patients at risk for falls and follow fall risk protocol.
• Work independently.
• Collects, performs and documents tests on patients pertinent to the respective department.
