Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Certification preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports nursing personnel in direct patient care and assists with daily activities.
• Serves and collects food trays and provides between-meal nourishment.
• Changes bed linen, runs errands, and prepares/sterilizes treatment trays.
• Transports patients within the facility for consultations, treatments, tests, or exams.
• Measures and records vital signs and provides basic treatment.
• Maintains a safe care environment for patients and families.
• Conducts continuous rounds and check-ins to meet patient needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
