Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for all body systems including bathing, oral hygiene, perineal care, linen changes and hair care.
• Assist with pre- and post-op/ procedure care and transfers.
• Post-mortem care, patient handling in restraints, and monitoring via electrodes and vital signs.
• Assist in ambulation and transfers; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes and proper documentation.
• Maintain infection control, handle body fluids safely and use proper body mechanics.
