Archway Transitional Care in Macon, GA seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will work with a supportive team to assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and ensure safety and comfort in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and monitor changes in condition.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning; maintain a clean, safe environment.
