Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care including ADLs and comfort measures.
• Transports patients and supports ambulation.
• Maintains safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Documents data and reports patient condition to staff.
• Monitors telemetry alarms and assists with monitoring.
