Qualifications

• Provides clinical patient care under RN supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency in phlebotomy and delegated nursing tasks.
• Supports safety standards and hospital policies in daily care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers service by upholding quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards.
• Performs delegated basic nursing skills and ADLs per policy.
• Communicates performance of skills to the patient’s nurse and healthcare team.
• Uses bladder scanners and vital signs equipment as required.
• Collects, documents, and reports data like vitals and intake/output.
• Assists with unit clerical duties and patient transport as needed.
• Maintains safe and therapeutic environment per Joint Commission guidelines.
