The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS and CPI within 30 days, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Prior personal care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification and CPI training must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 3 months of personal care experience in home or clinical settings.

Responsabilités

• Assists with basic patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
