Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience of third party billing and follow up in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Identifies and corrects billing errors and resubmits claims.
• Ensures timely follow up and escalation of outstanding claims with third party payers.
• Reviews EOBs and initiates appeals as necessary.
• Verifies payments and discounts with insurance carriers.
• Works appeals and denials.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
