Proctor Place is seeking a Home Health Aide / Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care to residents in a warm, respectful environment. You will help with daily living activities and support residents' independence while building meaningful relationships with families.

The role features a Part-Time schedule with 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and every other weekend, plus rotating holidays. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, PTO from day 1, and 8 holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands-on personal care and activities of daily living.
• Ability to observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Strong communication and empathy with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
