Proctor Place in Peoria, IL is hiring a Part-Time Home Health Aide / Caregiver (2nd shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM) to provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections in a warm, respectful environment.

You will help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily living activities, support independence, and report changes to nursing staff. Benefits include a 401(k) with employer match and PTO from Day 1, plus 8 holidays.

Schedule

• Part‑Time (16 or 24 hours a week)
• 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Includes Every Other Weekend & Rotating Holidays

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Weekend differential: $2.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
