Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors and adults in Medford and surrounding Rogue Valley areas. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medications, and daily activities, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a positive attitude. Ongoing training and a supportive team culture are provided to help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively with our office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Part-Time Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:
