Renewal Rehab, part of Enhanced Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake Barrington, IL 60084. Salary range is $55,000.00–$98,800.00/year. Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
