Job summary

Providence Health and Services seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver occupational therapy modalities under the supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the overseeing therapist. You will implement treatment plans and ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, joining Providence Medical Group Southeast Washington.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OTA program, WA OTA license, BLS certification, and NPI within 30

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Within 30 days of hire: Medicare National Provider Identification Number (NPI).

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the assigned therapist, provide OT modalities and treatment procedures.
Adhere to treatment plans established by an Occupational Therapist and hospital/department policies.
Maintain high quality patient care in alignment with Providence standards.
