Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
