Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Supervise care, guide treatments, and address patient concerns to promote recovery and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout treatment.
