PruittHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Therapy Services, focusing on evaluations and individualized treatment plans for residents. You will document and manage records in a timely manner, adhering to policy and scope of practice while prioritizing patient needs with sound judgment.

Requirements include a valid OT license in the practicing state and graduation from an ACOTE-accredited program with NBCOT eligibility or certification.

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited program; NBCOT eligibility or certification.

Responsabilidades

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized OT care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and on time.
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
