Qualifications

• Must be in possession of current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients needing occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
