Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic in Onalaska, Wisconsin. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) offers day shifts Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call, with opportunities to contribute to a collaborative team of about 10 RNs.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care across OB/GYN and GYN-Urology, support through MyCare messaging, triage, clinics, and OB visits, and may cross-cover in nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required).
• Wisconsin RN license upon hire; Minnesota RN license within 90 days.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of OB/GYN, women’s health, or procedural settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Gynecology, and GYN-Urology.
• Support patients through MyCare messaging, phone triage, clinic education appointments, new OB visits, and clinic procedures.
• Occasionally provide cross-coverage support for OB/GYN services in Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI.
• Join a collaborative team of ~10 experienced RNs in a highly engaged clinic environment.
• Contribute to a culture prioritizing teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning.
