Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record and communicate observations to the RN and document accurately.
• Operate unit communication equipment and support EHR documentation.
• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain patient privacy.
• Transport patients and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Support unit productivity and participate in team huddles and rounds.
