Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Support professional to assist the RN with patient care activities and support the care team in a rotating shift model. The role emphasizes patient-centered service and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and either completion of a nursing assistant program or be a nursing student with clinical rotation. Basic Life Support is required and CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or current nursing student with at least one clinical rotation.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN with patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff.
• Incorporates Temple Health's Customer Service concepts into all aspects of patient care activities.
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities.
