• Responds to subtle patient changes by contacting the nursing staff
• Administers complete tracheostomy care including suctioning
• Recognizes residents' autonomy and promotes independence in care plans
• Utilizes equipment to promote self-care such as lift equipment and safety devices
• Communicates patient information to treatment team and participates in care planning meetings
