Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include basic patient cares such as bathing, hygiene, toileting, feeding, hydration, ambulation, and positioning, along with regular rounds and clear communication with the care team.

The role requires less than 1 year of applicable experience and certification in Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year applicable experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as delegated by the RN
• Perform basic patient cares (bathing, hygiene, elimination, toileting, feeding and hydration, ambulation, positioning)
• Support patient safety and satisfaction via regular rounds and effective team communication
