Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: BLS required; 30 days to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, height/weight, and oxygen saturation.
• Collect specimens and monitor intake & output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with meal service and patient feeding.
• Support safety and infection control policies.
• Act as a patient safety sitter after required competency.
• Assist with orienting new nursing assistants.
• Complete other unit-based duties as assigned.
