Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI seeks a Nursing Assistant focused on patient care and daily living support within a 12-hour shift. You will work under an RN, performing routine tasks, monitoring status and ensuring comfort for patients in a busy acute setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred; BLS Health Care Provider certification required.
• BLS certification required within two weeks of hire for HI Acute Care Nurses Aide Program.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; audiometry/vision training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living, including nutrition, hydration, personal care and positioning.
• Takes vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure.
• Assists patients with bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Performs routine tasks and reports patient status to the RN.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
