Job summary

CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Hospital is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants for multiple departments, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, Cardiovascular, Oncology, and ECC. Weekend and night shifts vary depending on unit availability, with 12-hour shifts from 6PM to 6AM or 6AM to 6PM.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior hospital Nurse Assistant experience; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospital experience as a Nurse Assistant is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Assist in moving, transporting, and assisting patients as needed.
• Order entry for radiology and laboratory procedures and scheduling where applicable.
