Job summary

Harmony Waterloo is seeking a Driver to join our compassionate care team. You will transport residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safe, comfortable travel and a clean vehicle that reflects our high standards of care.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma/equivalent and Iowa-required driver licenses (Class D Chauffeur or Class C Commercial). Prior SNF driving experience is preferred but we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered driver's license as required by Iowa.
• Class D Chauffeur or Class C Commercial license required by state.
• Prior driving experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe vehicle for residents.
• Provide safe, comfortable transportation and assist residents as needed.
