Ideal candidates have a Nursing Assistant course, CPR, and experience in long‑term or post‑acute care. We emphasize teamwork, attention to detail, and respectful person‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Life Support CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or a similar setting preferred.
• Previous experience as Nurse Tech, CNA, nursing assistant, caregiver, or similar direct-care role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document vital signs as directed.
• Observe changes in guests or residents and communicate to the nurse.
• Assist with meals and dining support.
• Maintain clean, safe resident-care areas and follow care plans.
• Document information accurately and timely.
• Follow infection-control procedures and teamwork.
