Qualifications

• Current ND RN or LPN license is required.
• IV certified or in a current course.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care.
• Administers medications per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting.
• Notifies manager, physicians, and family of significant changes and follows up.
