Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Missouri.
- Experience delivering resident-focused nursing care is preferred.
- Strong collaboration with RNs and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to seniors in daily activities.
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Track patient history, take vitals, and maintain accurate records.
