Mercy is seeking a patient transport contributor to safely transfer non-ambulatory and ambulatory patients in the St. Louis area. You will operate the transport van, assist with transfers, and maintain vehicle readiness in accordance with Mercy's standards.

Required are a valid driver's license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of transport driving experience. Expect daily vehicle inspections, professional communication with dispatch, and a commitment to excellent patient service.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license (Class E or equivalent as required).
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year driving passengers in a transport van or similar.
• Ability to transfer patients using lift/assistive devices.
• Strong customer service and clear dispatch communication.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Mercy patient transport van and transfer non-ambulatory/ambulatory patients.
• Inspect van daily and report deficiencies; keep vehicle clean and fueled.
• Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Mercy standards.
• Communicate with dispatch using UHF radio and follow guidelines.
• Perform related duties as assigned and assist as needed.
