Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and collect specimens as directed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, weight patients, and document in medical records as needed.
• Communicate patient observations to the nurse in charge.
• Support safety and infection control protocols and unit-based QA activities.
