Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients within the nursing attendant's scope of practice.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under RN supervision.
• Notify licensed personnel of patient pain or status changes.
• Assist with feeding and monitor fluid balance.
• Assist physicians with procedures as directed by an RN.
• Document care activities according to standards and policies.
