Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight shifts Fri 10p–9a and weekend 9p–9a in Levittown, PA. This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them engage in their communities and achieve personal goals with compassion.

The DSP will assist with daily living, advocacy, and independence, following person-centered plans in a supervised setting. Must be at least 18 and pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.

• Facilitate community engagement by accompanying individuals to work, recreational activities, and social events.
• Teach and support independent living skills, including household management and personal care.
