Job summary
Actikare Responsive In Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, or HCAs to join our team in Seattle. We offer daily opportunities including 4-hour midday shifts and other shifts, with a focus on helping seniors maintain independence at home.
Earn $21.00-$23.00 per hour for HCA/CNA roles, with flexible hours, health/vision/dental insurance, PTO, sick leave, and free continuing education training. Requires Washington CNA/HCA certification and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or in training.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and supportive care to clients at home.
- Assist with ambulation, mobility, and doctor appointments as needed.
- Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily tasks.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Report incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family.
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
